Shortly after 1pm this
afternoon I witnessed very emotional scenes outside Dundalk Circuit
Court when a young father successfully defended himself against false
allegations of domestic violence and had a 6 month barring order lifted.
A further and more important addition to his success was that his relationship
with his 3 year old child was also re-established. We would like to
congratulate this young man and his father on their great victory and
wish them a happy fatherhood.
